We will get through this together!

On a happier note I am pleased to report that there were 4 more closings in March than In February. Properties have been contracted in all price ranges from Vacant Land to Condos as well as Golf and Waterfront Homes.

There are currently 187 Active Real Estate Listings for Sale and 27 Pending Sales. In March there were 14 Closed Properties: 6 Homes, 6 Condos and 2 Docks. These New Listings are the most recent to view.

The Real Estate activity has been steady with a slight slow period in the past few weeks which is typical for February. March and April are traditionally the high volume months where buyers want to position themselves for next season.
